Windows 10: Update and other errors

I have a case 1024493503 open for about a week now, but have not heard anything. I now have additional information on the three problems I am experiencing:When I logout of Outlook, I get the message "Not Responding". This is on the screen for about 10 seconds, then Outlook logs out.Whilst I am searching the Internet using Edge, it continually freezes and the only way I can un-freeze it is to use Ctrl+Alt+Del, several times, and it eventually comes back to life. For both this problem and the Outlook one I have used the Troubleshooter couldn't identify the problem Microsoft Support and Recov

A simple solution but one that works in most circumstances!

1. Click Start, click Run, type services.msc, and then click OK.

2. In the list of services, right-click Automatic Updates, and then click Properties.

3. In the Startup type list, click Automatic, and then click Apply.

4. If Service status is set to Stopped, click Start, and then click OK.

5. Right-click Background Intelligent Transfer Service, and then click Properties.

6. In the Startup type list, click Manual, and then click Apply.

7. If Service status is set to Stopped, click Start, and then click OK.
