Windows 10: Update doesn't complete

I have an update that im trying to complete, but everytime i do the restart to complete it never finishes and has to restart to remove the changes. Any way i could fix this or find the live support

Windows doesn`t start. Authomatic repair doesn`t work.

I`m sorry I had not noticed that the text on the picture was in spanish. It says that windows has replaced some damaged clusters in "name" file and "directory". Then, at the end "an unspecified error occurred (75736e6a726e6c2e 4f6)".

I`ll do it and I`ll be updating this thread when I have the report.

Hi dalchina. Good news, I followed your suggestion and reinstalled the update and now it appears as "installed correctly" *Biggrin Maybe it was not necessary to run the Windows Update Troubleshooter or maybe if necessary. But using it I do not think it could have worsened something. The installation was very fast, unlike the first time it showed step 1 and step 2 completed.

i ve tried everything:with atiflash from dos,winflash.step by step with bios powercolor hd 6970 from the database.
nothing,doesn´t work.any suggestion????
