Windows 10: Update error 0x80070003 when updating windows 19044.1826 with Windows 10 2022-08 cumulative...

I've been trying for a while to update my system with KB5016616 / KB5016688 but I always restart the computer, get to 7%, and revert the update with the error code 0x80070003.I have tried using the methods mentioned in the advanced section here, but none worked.To investigate I opened Event Viewer to find that before the WindowUpdatClient error there's a Service Control Manager error reporting: The Windows Modules Installer service terminated with the following error: The system cannot find the path specif

Well just noticed a pretty large one pop up coming in at 914MB, seems it makes some pretty serous updates.

Cumulative Update for Windows 10 for x64-based Systems (KB3156387) will not install

Anyone else having problems getting the Cumulative Update for Windows 10 for x64-based Systems (KB3156387) installed? This update has been failing for me & doing a failed to update after downloading & reboot, then rebooting & removing the update.

V 10.0 build 10240

Maybe try with the Windows update mini-tool, found here http://www.techpowerup.com/forums/t...dows-10-automatic-updates-and-spyware.218745/ , thanks to Mussels. it installed perfectly for me last night.
