Windows 10: Update Error 0x800700a1, Windows 10 1909 to 2H22

Hello all, I have been having trouble updating my windows 10 system to 2H22 build. I wiped my entire system to try to update it, restarted all of the update services using net stop [...] and have used the media creation tool.I'm not sure how to attach files, but I will past some of the output below from the C:\$Windows.~BT\Sources\Rollback error log file:2024-06-21 12:19:09, Error CONX aeinv: ERROR,GetAppInventory,102,Inventory already running: [0x800700aa] 2024-06-21 12:19:25, Error CONX aeinv: ERROR,Application::Retrieve,2089,AmiUtilityRegGetValue failed

Error upgrading Windows 7 to Windows 10 - error 0x800700A1 - 0x2000A

Windows 10 1909 Causes Secondary Hard Drive to not be Recognized

Installing the Windows 10 1909 Update causes my secondary hard drive to not be recognized.

Steps to confirm issue:

• Secondary drive not visible in Windows Explorer
• Secondary drive not visible in device manager
• Secondary drive not visible in disk manager

Steps to replicate issue:

• Installing 1909 update

Steps to resolve issue:

• Uninstall 1909 update

Since updates can only be delayed for so long, an actual fix would be appreciated.

 

Updating Win 10 1809 to 2H22

Have tried past 2 days to update Win10 1809 to Win10 2h22 via Windows update but after it installed or at least tried to install 2H22 update several times Windows version is still 1809 and today Windows update has tried several times to install Feature update for Win 10 2H22 and failing on that since that update keeps popping up.

What is correct procedure to upgrade Win 10 1809 to 2H22 since it's not working via Windows update?
