Windows 10: update error 0x80070103 Realtek extension 6.0.9567.1 update trying to update extension twice

last night update Realtek extension 6.0.9567.1 update trying to update extension twice first shows complete second shows retry. my question is will it block future updates if not can't I just leave it alone?

RealTek Extension Downloads Not Working

I use Windows 11 and this morning I got some notifications that I needed to download some RealTek extensions but they are not working, The three are:

Realtek - Extension - 9.21.3690.427

Install error - 0x80070103

Anyone know why this is happening and if the update it legit or not?
