Windows 10: Update error 0x80073701

Running Window 11 Professional.I've tried several times, but the latest Windows 11 updateKB5014668 keeps failing with error 0x80073701.A web site suggested I try clean booting. I tried it. It didn't help.So I'm writing to ask if anyone has any suggestions to fix that inability to update error 0x80073701 .

Hi, there appear to be errors in your log. What was the final statement on the screen?

Looks like the two key things are the error number 0x80073701
and ERROR_SXS_ASSEMBLY_MISSING

Have you also checked absolute basics:
- check your disk (e.g. HDTune v2.55 free Health and Error Scan tabs
- if ok, run
chkdsk c: /scan
from an admin command or Powershell prompt

Post the summary results of those.
