Windows 10: Update error every time 0xC1900208

This error codes keeps in blocking the supposed to be successful update in my Windows 10 0xC1900208. The error keeps showing. I dont have this when I update last month.Help?

Have been trying to update windows 10 Pro for 3 days after a reset last error code 0xc1900208. suggests I may have incompatible apps that prevent the update but gives no help on finding incompatible apps?
