Windows 10: update error

hi im trying to update my windows because it wont let me play anything but I get error Error 0x80091007 ive spent 10+ hours of trying to figure it out ive tried reinstalling windows updating updating tools stuff in the command prompt and nothing will work please help me ive literally tried almost every possible way. I get errors when I try to wipe my computer and they revert them nothing seems to work. and the trouble shooters show up nothing. ive tried update repair tools ive done it all nothing works

1. Click Start, click Run, type services.msc, and then click OK.

2. In the list of services, right-click Automatic Updates, and then click Properties.

3. In the Startup type list, click Automatic, and then click Apply.

4. If Service status is set to Stopped, click Start, and then click OK.

5. Right-click Background Intelligent Transfer Service, and then click Properties.

6. In the Startup type list, click Manual, and then click Apply.

7. If Service status is set to Stopped, click Start, and then click OK.
