Windows 10: update error

Привет всем, у меня была такая проблема здесь, я не могу избавиться от этой ошибки, первая версия 2004 года была доступна для установки, и теперь эта версия, как дать тот же код ошибки, у меня был вирус, который выдавал себя за системный компонент Tiworker.exe, то есть было несколько файлов с этим именем, только один из них был вирус, я удалил все , Dism не работает, я не знаю, что делать
