Windows 10: Update errors

please I have an issue with windows 10 update version 21h1 when I check for updates windows download .NET core 3.1.17 and installed it then download .NET core 3.1.20 but .NET framework will delete the older versions when a newer one were installed . So when I check one more time for updates windows redownload the .NET core 3.1.17 and give an error in installing because .NET core 3.1.20 newest version is already installed. Please a solution why windows keeps asking for updating .NET core 3.1.17 and .NET core 3.1.20 is already installed by windows. Even if I delete the .NET core 3.1.20 windows w
