Windows 10: Update fail

    Update fail


    My laptop requires a quality update and won’t let me shut it down unless I update it. Every time the update is installed, the laptop no longer starts up. It will power on but nothing more, I just get a black screen. I then have to uninstall the update before I can use the laptop. What is the problem and how can I fix this?
