Windows 10: Update failed, now computer boots but will not recognize any devices...ie: it's a brick

I'm posting from my phone because my computer cannot utilize any USB devices.Before this issue, my computer has been an a problem. Burned out a motherboard with unknown issue, replaced with ASRock bm450. Problem wasn't solved and I couldn't do updates around when win11 was released so I've had it shelved for the last year. Reattempted to update and in the process I lost all my device drivers. I can't use keyboard, mouse, etc. When connecting different devices, drivers weren't available.I need a way undo what's happened. Is there a way to reset with my power button in a way that can restore my

Update Bricked My Phone

Not bricked but update failed:

1) Phone model and operator/country: LG E900/Optimus 7, not operatorlocked

2) Step where update fails: passes the blick 1-10, then reboots, after reboot fails in or after step 1/2

3) error code(s): 8000040005

4) does the computer/zune recognize the phone? Yes

5) host machine OS and version (32/64 bit): Windows Professional 32bit

 

Unable to boot the device with error: 0xc0000428 on Windows 10

I understand the inconvenience you are facing in booting the device with 0xc0000428 error. We will help you with this issue.

Do let us know the following to assist you better with this issue:

• What is the make and model of your device?
• What is the complete error message along with the error code of this issue?
• From when are you facing this issue?
• Have you make any hardware/ software changes to your device prior to this issue?

I would like to inform that when you attempt to start a Windows 10 system, the system fails to start normally and you receive an error:
0xc0000428 for the signed driver dlkmdldr.sys. Do confirm us if you are facing the same issue.

Try the below and check if it helps.

Step 1: I suggest you to remove all the external devices except mouse and keyboard, hard reboot the device and check if the issue persists.

Step 2: I suggest you to boot the device by choosing the "Disable Driver Signature Enforcement" mode from the advanced boot menu, you would be able to boot the system to the desktop.

• Try to boot the device to Windows Recovery Environment
• Click on Advanced options, Startup Settings
  and Restart.
• Once the computer restarts, press F7 key to start he device on
  Disable Driver Signature Enforcement mode.
• Check if the computer boot successfully.

Step 3: I suggest you to install the pending updates on your device after restarting the computer.

Steps:

• Connect to the internet.
• Press Windows key and type
  updates.
• Click on Check for updates.
• Under Windows Updates, click on
  Check for updates.
• Try to install the updates being shown.

Windows update failed and unable to boot

• Have you made any recent software/hardware changes to the computer?
• Do you get any error message or code when trying to boot into the computer?

When installing updates it puts message “Do not shut down your machine”, if you unplug the AC adapter or turn off the computer Chances are:

• Windows resuming the installation process next time you shutdown.
• A non-vital program file becomes corrupted and causes some feature of the OS to become unusable and crash.

As an initial step I would suggest you to unplug all external devices if connected and then try to boot the computer by plugging in the AC adapter and check if you are able to boot the computer.

If the computer boots make sure all the updates are installed and then you can login to user Interface.

If you still not able to unable to get the in Windows Bootable environment I Would suggest you contact your manufacturer.
