Windows 10: Update failed, troubleshooter won't work, can't install printer

Hi,


I think maybe everything is related - I get the following error:


2019-05 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 1809 for x64-based Systems KB4497934 -Error 0x80070005


I have tried to run the updates troubleshooter but get error code 0x80070005


I can't install my new printer and when I try to run the troubleshooter again I get the same error code.


I have Windows 10 Home, version 1809, OS build 17763.107


I ran scf /scannow it says it found some corrupt files but could not fix some of them


I ran restore health but only got to 88.9% and error 12175.


Is there something easy I can do to fix this?

Printer isn´t working after latest update.

After the latest update from Windows, my Canon Pixma ip6600 printer isnt working. In Device Manager it shows up as working properly but when I go to print it isn´t listed as an option in any programs. Troubleshoot suggests it´s a USB 2 printer on a USB
3 port and that that´s the problem but that cant be since it worked fine before the update. I´ve tried to uninstall and plug it back in but that doesn´t work either.

 

Skype won´t wok in 17063

Making backup and re-format...

Maybe I Install a Windows 7 again, At least, all of my games run smoothly ...Sadness!!
