Windows 10: Update fails and device issues on fresh install windows 7 64.

I have freshly install win7 64 and let auto update do its thing. There have been repeated update failures with no explanation, as in the image.https://i.imgur.com/ySOnqks.jpgAlso windows is refusing to identify my rtx 2060 as a proper gfx card, instead listing it as "standard vga adaptor" Its not the card, i have the card working perfectly on the exact same PC on my previous install of windows 7. The only difference between the installs is that the working one is on C: and the one that wont install is on F: Windows update on F: has been allowed to run and afaik the os is fully up to date with

Windows Updates failed to instal

I just did step one and they have just all installed.... thank you so much.... it was quite frustrating having that update window pop up every 5 minutes and failing to instal every time

Windows 7 Ultimate (64) Security updates not installing.

I have been having problems in installing the updates that I have listed below. For each update I attempted to install them individually but they would not install. I also downloaded the SURT 6.1 KB947821 v27. The problem has been going on now for about 2 months. (whenever the issue with the updates comes to mind I am never near my pc). Thank you in advance.
