Windows 10: Update failure - KB5029184 - Error 0x80070643

Windows update KB5029184 Security Update for SQL Server 2014 Service Pack 3 GDR fails to install. Windows update always returns error 0x80070643. How to fix it?

Try to apply the update manually As suggested by Microsoft. I just wrote a
step by step guide.

However be sure that the update itself is downloaded and that the installation part is failing, and not the downloading part.
