Windows 10: Update for Microsoft Outlook 2013 (KB4022242) 64-Bit Edition - Error 0x80070643

I'm using Microsoft Windows 10 Version 1803 (OS Build 17134.137). I got an error message when I try to Windows Update. Please help me!

Windows 10 Windows Update wants to install Office 2013 updates even if no Office product is installed.

Question windows 10 automatic update is trying to install Office updates not described as being for windows 10
has a good description but no solution.

windows 10 update has tried to install the following and getting the following results

• Security Update for Microsoft Word 2013 (KB3114342) 64-Bit Edition - Error 0x80070643

• Security Update for Skype for Business 2015 (KB3114351) 64-Bit Edition - Error 0x80070643

• Update for Microsoft Access 2013 (KB3114357) 64-Bit Edition - Error 0x80070643

• Update for Microsoft Excel 2013 (KB3114354) 64-Bit Edition - Error 0x80070643

• Update for Microsoft Outlook 2013 (KB3114349) 64-Bit Edition - Error 0x80070643

Update for Microsoft PowerPoint 2013 (KB3114332) 64-Bit Edition - Error 0x80070643

When I look at the operating system required in the Microsoft website none of these updates are described as being for Windows 10.
Windows 8 and lower are the described operating systems.
Not surprising that the updates are being rejected by Windows 10.
At the moment the Windows update page has the above list and there is a button inviting me to "retry".
All other automatic updates appear to have stopped ( I assume the software is waiting for me to push the retry button).
The software has been trying to install these for some time.
This involves repeatedly downloading them.
At present the update process is frozen until I push the "retry" button only to watch the
irrelevant updates fail again.

No it is the only update i have this problem with.

The manual install did also not work, i found 2 errors in the eventlog

"Product: Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2013 -- Error 1335. The cabinet file 'PATCH_CAB' required for this installation is corrupt and cannot be used. This could indicate a network error, an error reading from the CD-ROM, or a problem with this package."

"Product: Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2013 - Update 'Update for Microsoft Office 2013 (KB3054925) 64-Bit Edition' could not be installed. Error code 1603. Additional information is available in the log file C:\Users\RSH\AppData\Local\Temp\mso-x-none_MSPLOG.LOG."

I found 2 log files that seem to have something to do with this since they are rather big i put them here on dropbox
