Windows 10: Update for Windows 10 Version 1511 for x86-based Systems (KB4480730) downloading 0% for...

Recently replace hard drive.


Could not get a new win 10 pro ISO to run.


Got older win 10 pro iso to run and up and running.


I manually install Office 2003, office 2003 SP2, and office 2007 compatibility pack from previous load disks.


Update for Windows 10 Version 1511 for x86-based Systems (KB4480730) says downloading at 0% for ~ 3 days.


Other updates awaiting download, include office 2003 SP3.


If I system restore, it takes me all the way back to original set up.


Any easy way to clear updates so it can reset, without losing the hours of set?

Microsoft decided to re-re-release their Windows 10 build 10586. (aka th2 February update 2016)

10586.0.160212-2000.th2_refresh_clientpro_ret

Windows 10, Version 1511 (Updated Feb 2016) includes all updates released for Windows 10 since Version 1511 (Released Nov 2015) including security and non-security updates.

Evidently, this build 10586.104 is compiled on February 12, 2016

Download En-US pro:

x64
x86


Download, decrypt, burn iso, make clan install, enjoy latest Windows 10 th2 with all the updates (except for March updates which you can download from post above).

 

Windows 10 version 1511 for x64 based systems says its 0% downloaded.

Just realised that your ISO link download are now forbidden, however I just found out that local/regional Tech Bench site still host 1511 TH2 ISO file in all language, for example here Tech Bench Germany site : https://www.microsoft.com/de-de/software-download/techbench
