    Update for Windows 10 Version 1903 for x64-based Systems (KB4505903) - Error 0x80073701.


    I'm running Windows 10 version 1903. When attempting to apply the latest update, I get the following error:


    2019-07 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 1903 for x64-based Systems (KB4505903) - Error 0x80073701.


    I've examined all listed fixes for this error code, other than a reinstall, and nothing seems to allow this update to install. I've stopped Windows Update service, Cryotgraphic, etc, renamed the related folders to *.old so they'll be recreated, that doesn't work. I've run Virus scans, registry repairs, etc, but all to no avail.


    Any real thoughts on what might be going on? This has been happening since the release of that update.


    OS Build number is: 18362.263.


    Please let me know what additional information you need to help sort this issue out.
