The keyboard is a Microsoft p/n x875203-001. After 10 minutes of use with the keyboard, it stops connecting, but if I remove the batteries and put them back in, my screen turns grey as if I pressed print screen, but after closing the print screen pop

    BLUETOOTH ISSUE - WINDOWS 10

    Thank you for your suggestions.

Actually, the Bluetooth transfer issue is one of a change in workflow process in Windows 10.

Now clicking on Bluetooth icon you must choose whether to
    receive or send a file.

In Windows 8.1 file transfer was automatically detected.

New file transfer process works even though a bit awkward.

    Appreciate your time.
