Windows 10: update has crashed my lap top

hi i had an update yesterday and when i tuned cy lap top on today there is nothing there and it doesn't let me in to roll back i have tried the bios and all i can think of but it will not let me delete or roll back the update

Windows 10 has a built-in troubleshooter to check and fix issues with Sound. I would suggest you to run this troubleshooter to check if the issue is with your Audio

Refer these steps:

  Press Windows key +X, select Control panel

  Change the view by option on the top right to Large icons
  
• 
  Click on troubleshooting and click on the view all option on the left panel

  Run the playing Audio troubleshooter

outlook on old lap top

I am giving my lap top to my son and I want to delete all the outlook emails which I now have on my new lap top but afraid if i delete the accounts on old lap top it will effect on the new lap top? thank you
