Windows 10: Update in December Broke my Speakers

The latest update to Windows 11 24H2 broke my speakers. I have spent hours and days trying to get them to work. I am an IT professional and have worked in IT for 40 years installing and patching operating systems. I have reviewed every Internet forum related to Windows 11 and updates and I cannot find any information that solves this problem. I have even had almost all the hardware replaced in my laptop. I need the speakers and microphone to work and they no longer work. Is there a way to get phone support? I'm willing to pay for support.

Cumulative December update

I tried to download and install the December Cumulative Update from the website you had listed and did not have any luck. I received error messages stating that it would not install and it still has not come through windows update. Do you have any other
