Windows 10: update interrupts now its not booting

Based on the title the update interrupts since my niece unplug my charger and it turns off my PC. The battery is not working and it is fine since I direct the PC to charger to make it work. However there is an update then we accidentally interrupt. Now it is not booting, it stuck after logo.

PC update interrupted itself now cannot boot

I didn't suggest that it fried my motherboard. I suggested that running it with an underpowered PSU did, however.

I've already tried those steps, unfortunately

Step 1: I suggest you to install all the pending updates on your device before starting to play the game and check if the issue still persists.

• Connect your device to the internet.
• Press Windows key and type
  updates.
• Click on Check for updates.
• Under Windows Updates, click on Check for updates.
• Try to install the updates being shown.

Step 2: Also, I suggest you to perform
Clean boot to avoid any third party software conflict and check.
