Hello, I am from S.Korea and trying to solve update issue by English, So please forgive that I wrote some incorrect grammars in English.

• My laptop information

Model : Samsung NT900X4C-A88

Language and Region : English & United States [ I am using this laptop in South Korea now ]

OS build version : v1909 / 18363.900 [ please checkCapture#1 ]

• Symptoms

1. I have been trying to upate for using v2004, but 'automatical update' and 'Check for updates' are not working. It shows just I'm up to date. [please check Capture#2 ]


2. I have tried Windows10 update assistant program, but I shows my laptop can not update. [please check Capture#3 I translated what it says from Korean to English ]

Windows 10 of this version has not yet supported PC settings of User. Microsoft has been making efforts for support as soon as possible. User is not supposed to make any actions. Windows update gives windows 10 of this version after setting will be supported.

That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.

Since none of the troubleshooting steps here worked, I'd suggest you do a Clean install.
