Unfortunately, it didn't stay hidden, now it's back again, ... and, again....

This exact same update keeps coming back and logs the same error message.

wushowhide.diagcab - hides it, but it still comes back.

Searching for clues shows similar problems for other users, but it is not very common.

The only thing I know is that I installed Office 2010 on Windows 7 Pro on this computer and then I upgraded in-place to Windows 8 Pro, then Windows 8.1 Pro and now Windows 10 Pro. All these were updates, not clean installs.

I encountered issues with this earlier update when it had a lower KB number, but I think that went away or got fixed.

It's not terribly important to me because I rarely use Office, it's just that I like to run a clean ship.

Update 'KB2565063' could not be installed.

That link in Firefox gave a message that IE6 or later needed to be used so I opened IE11 and get the message the page has been moved or does not exist.

As a personal note, all of my updates since installing on 7/29/15 have numbers of 3xxxxxx, none lower so I wander what KB2565063 is for.
