Windows 10: Update KB3199209 for Windows 10 version 1607

Discus and support Update KB3199209 for Windows 10 version 1607 in Windows 10 News to solve the problem; Make sure you DL'd the correct bits - x86 or x64. Just a thought.     Got the WU alert message from my ESET SS v10. I had to run the "Check for updates", installed with no reboot. No info's available.

    I suspect it is some fail by MS.
    this morning I started to get strange errors, like:
    TypeLoadException, failed to load FindFirstCharDelegate.
    while Regex is already loaded from System asssembly.

    installed the update, restarted, works again.

    This from Windows Central. A very similar servicing stack update came out last March. Although they have not published regarding this particular KB, it looks very much alike in behavior.

    Looked this morning and the KB was installed yesterday at some point and is showing in update history. Weird...WU said I didn't need it yesterday but it's been installed apparently and shows in history. Strange behavior*sarc

    @Alphamale ... If I'm reading your post correctly, you're expecting to see this KB update on your Insider Preview. It only applies to the non-insider, regular 14393.xxx build....NOT Insider.
