Update - KB4464218 (OS Build 17134.286) ; It broke my screen contrast

I've tried a couple different things but this update has broke my contrast, but only when a picture is moving.

I know because i've tried taking a screen cap of the problem, but when i stop the video or pause the game the image fixed itself and, no, i can't record a video. Sorry if i can't provide a picture.

Because that's it, everything that has a border and is moving suffers when there is contrast. In a video i was watching earling the background was dark but the person was wearing a white shirt. The border of his body, mouth, anything that's not an unique texture and has a color contrast with something else in the video (or in any moving picture on my screen outside this example) sends this milliseconds of rainbows. This everytime there's contrast.

It's kinda of a big problem, because some people might have some eye-related problems that could be troubling depending of the severity of the contrast.

And no, yesterday was everything fine, both the same videogame, both the same video service. Thank you for your attention.

    :)

After Developers update displays brightnes/contrast keep changing

    • Did you notice any system setting changes prior to the issue?
No I did not. Just the Windows developers Update.

    • Are you aware of any installed software that can modify the display configuration of your PC?
    I'm aware, there aren't any.

    • Are you getting any error messages?
No, I'm not getting any error messages.

Yes I have. At least windows update does not give me any update suggestion and says that I'm up to date.

    • What is the current Version and OS Build of your Windows 10 PC? You can verify this information by clicking the
Start button, type About your PC, and then press
      Enter.
Current version is 1709. OS build is 16299.192

The screen is not flickering the main problem is that after each boot of the system the entire display is darker, it's like the gamma and contrast was changed, I wrote What I do to fix it but it's only till I restart or turn off and on again and the problem
    comes back.
