Windows 10: Update KB4598242 has caused some pretty severe black-screen issues for me

It is not just those two applications, it's almost everything that uses any kind of GPU acceleration as far as I can tell. It's been doing it in most games, it was even doing it in Discord if I tried to fullscreen a video or stream before I updated my drivers, which I hoped would solve the issue but only solved it in Discord strangely enough.


Is there a way I can rollback updates to test?
