Windows 10: Update KB5025239 - Windows 11 Pro error

Hello, I'm having trouble installing the update KB5025239 for Windows 11 Pro 22H2; it downloads the file, then try to install but always ends up with the error message"Installation error - 0x8007371b".First thing I did was using the troubleshooting tool in Wndows, it detected an error, I restarted the PC and tried the update again but to no success. On that I searched on the net for possible other method that could help with this issue and I found the method with the Windows Powershell.I started with the command "SFC /Scannow" that doesn't find anything and says everything is okay. Your system is fully updated. You don't need to install the KB5023778 update, which has been superseded by April 11, 2023—KB5025239 update.

So, the error 0x80070002 can be ignored and it should go away on its own.

KB5025239 Causing network problems

Running Windows 11. Since installing the latest update KB5025239, I've experienced significant network connectivity problems. Either pages are loading very slowly or I receive error messages that sites can't be found. I uninstalled the update but the problems persist. I've also completely reset network adapters, and reset my modem and router. Help please.

 

Windows 11 Home to Pro upgrade

Want to upgrade 11 Home to 11 Pro. Tried download, but apparently files transferred were for 11 Enterprise. This will not activate; error is "invalid digital license or product key". This is on a new Surface. How to proceed?

Can withdraw/delete this. The suggestion to downgrade - listed below - with a 'fake' windows 10 key works.
