Windows 10: Update keeps saying unable to install update.

Update keeps saying unable to install update. This has been going on for 6 months and Microsoft engineers have never corrected the problem. There are no answers given. The only thread I can find concerning this problem is completely wrong. If microsoft engineers can please post a REAL way to resolve this problem in Windows 10 Pro. Windows, Worst operating system in the world but what can one do. incompetence is bliss.The blasted update keeps showing up and tries to load and then rolls everything back over and over and over again. Takes much frustratign time.Put out updates that work. H

Unable to install update

I'm unable to install the KB4103721 update on windows 10. I cant shutdown the computer normally, it keeps saying update and shutdown/restart no matter how many times I do it.

Thins I've already tired:

• Update and shutdown
• Update and restart
• deleted the update from windows/softwaredistribution
• tried to restore system to before I tried to install it.

 

Windows Updates failed to instal

I just did step one and they have just all installed.... thank you so much.... it was quite frustrating having that update window pop up every 5 minutes and failing to instal every time

Latest win10 Update 1803 cant install?

I am having a issue with this update,. I fallow the steps via windows update, DL the update, shows install. ask me to reboot pc. after reboot its start the update install pc reboot several times. On the last time, I get a message saying" Restoring windows to previous version". Then it takes me back to windows, and i get a message update could not be installed.
In windows update-control panel it shows update waiting for reboot. i click on it and does same thing. after install it restore to previous version. what is going on?
I have disable windows firewall for time being.

Z97 Pro gamer MB 4790k @4.7 DDR3 2400 RAM Win10 x64 M.2 and SSD.
