  1. Update killed my pc, task bar is spinning blue circle and can't recover because pc won't...

Help! It seems I have two issues going on. My PC did an auto update I think to Windows 10 and now it is stuck on the home screen. I can get past the login screen just fine by entering my pin but then when it goes to the main screen after that, the task bar looks weird and I can't click on anything, the entire task bar area just gives the endless spinning blue circle. The task bar looks weird because it's in black and white, including the windows logo and no apps or anything are appearing. If I try ctrl-alt-del it just flashes black and goes back to the same issue.

To try to fix it, I tried opening in safe mode and troubleshooting and then I also tried to revert back to the previous version by doing an update uninstall but I have a whole new problem keeping me from using any of those options... it won't recognize my password. Arrrrgh. I know it's correct, I can log in just fine with it into my Microsoft account on my browser.

I'm stuck, any suggestions out there?

    Thank you!

    :)

Windows 10 Blue Spinning Circle Not Always Present When PC Is Busy

Hello, I notice the blue spinning circle goes out even when the PC is still busy. This happens when I start up or open a program. The circle spins and goes out, I think the PC is ready for me to take the next step, but it's non-responsive still and evidently
still busy. If I click on the program (Firefox) icon in my taskbar, the circle appears and spins and goes out. But the program hasn't opened. If I try again, I may end up with 2 instances running.

Is there a way to have the circle disappear only when the PC is ready for me, and the program is actually open? Is there a way to know, when the PC stays busy -- say at startup -- what actually is taking all the time? When I look in Task Manager, sometimes
I can tell. Usually it's disk activity. But during startup, Task Manager is not available. Has anyone any experience with saving and then viewing the startup log?

  3. pc won`t update

I`ve been trying to solve this problem for 3 months to no avail.

    PLEASE HELP!!!

EVERY time the computer check new updates, the following message appears:

We couldn't connect to the update service. We'll try again later, or you can check now. If it still doesn't work, make sure you're connected to the Internet.

My PC is connected to the internet, so this could not be the problem.

you`ve only directed me to a window link, which I don`T really understand.

Could ANYONE PLEASE send me a simple answer how I can solve this problem step by step???????

    Thanks.
