  1. Update messed up explorer?

Just made a clean install since this thing has been giving me a lot of errors, everything was working fine until i had to reset once to install updates, now:

    >Start menu wont open

    >Settings wont open

    >Cpu consuption is acting weird, shows im using 100% at 0,1 mb

    >If i right click on desktop it restarts a bunch of times until it stops trying

    >If i do sfc/scannow it bluescreens

Tbh im really tired of all this, any ideas what i can do i really dont want to make yet another clean install for windows to break once again

    :)

Windows Updated(16299.309).KB4088776 Restart is required to complete.

Hi dalchina. Good news, I followed your suggestion and reinstalled the update and now it appears as "installed correctly" *Biggrin Maybe it was not necessary to run the Windows Update Troubleshooter or maybe if necessary. But using it I do not think it could have worsened something. The installation was very fast, unlike the first time it showed step 1 and step 2 completed.

Thanks for the suggestions and for the time to respond Update messed up explorer? :) Best regards.

And thanks for the tip of that program, I'll have it on my list.
