Windows 10: Update not allowing me to connect to internet

After an update that I had tried to postpone a definitely, my computer does not recognize wi-fi. It continually insists that I need to plug in an Ethernet cable, so it does not recognize that ethernet cable being plugged in. I have attempted all of the troubleshooting options but it still cannot find Wi-Fi or ethernet connections. I cannot even revert back to an older version, or a pre-up date, of the Microsoft windows. I really do not want to do a reset. The Baseline troubleshoot just says there's an issue with the ethernet. I have gone in an updated all of the Wi-Fi drivers, and I even disab
