Windows 10: Update notification on main settings page stuck on Windows 10

Hello, i’ve got Windows 10 Version 2004. I have an issue where the notification for a Windows update on the home page of Setting is stuck on even though the computer is up to date, it still recieves and downloads updates. I pressed refresh on the “check for updates” button 6 times in a row to be certain and nothing has come up and the notifcation remains.
I have run in admin CMD “sfc /scannow” 3 times and nothing was found and i have checked if the Update services are running, which it is.
I have also, made certain that my Nvida graphics engine is up to date, dont have on board graphics on my motherboard, i have also updated my motherboard software, antivirus and Corsair iCUE software. As far as i have noticed, performance has not been hindered but the nofication is concerning as nothing is appearing for updates.

Does anyone know how to resolve this issue?

I appreciate the steps that you have done. I suggest you please follow the below steps and check if it helps:

• 
  Type notification on the search bar and click on
  notification & action settings.
  
• 
  And click on select which icons appear on the taskbar.
  
• 
  Turn on show app notification separately for each app.

Yeah, thats not a solution she is interested in......I've suggested that course of action. Thanks though.

Just to clarify, I feel that there MUST be a step, or series of steps to turn off JUST the wireless notification sound. Thats what Im driving @ here.

• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
