Windows 10: Update of payment - card expired

I try to update my Credit card as old is expired - but system will not accept ny new card I tried to chose new payment metod and also to renew Both ways my card cant be accepted Please help and let me know what to do as I want to keep my account ThanksCharlotte

I read everything you posted here in full, as well as the other thread you mentioned here.



However, I noticed that the prompt refers to "Payment" instead of directly asking you to renew your purchase.



I can confirm from the screenshot you provided that the expiration date of the product is June 11, 2024, but I think this tip is meant to suggest that you check the payment method of the Microsoft 365 product, because the system may have detected some anomalies, such as credit card is not available. Or is the credit card about to expire?



This is only my speculation, the actual situation still depends on your payment method. If you have a credit card attached for payment, check that your credit card is in good condition.



If nothing goes wrong, I recommend you try to rebind your credit card or temporarily add a new payment method, such as a new bank card, and check to see if the error still occurs.

not able to add payment option

i have a VISA ELECTRON card instead of just "visa". also it may not be an international debit card as it doesnt have the word "international" printed anywhere. could this be an issue?
