    I also have two Skype entries in Add/Remove programs.

    However, when I look at my Skype window, the Skype 7.40 is the version that I am using. I use the Skype desktop app and not the Skype store app.

    Do you think that if I deleted the "Skype Meetings App" that this might solve my problem?

    The only way that I will know is that I will have to wait until the next set of patch Tuesday updates because this is what breaks my webcam.

    Ok. This had me stumped for a while, and annoyed me because my camera seemed to work in

    EVERYTHING except Skype.

    In Add/Remove Programs I found somehow 2 different Skypes existed - one as 'Skype' (by Skype) and one as 'Skype 7.40' by 'Skype Technologies S.A' (which apparently is still Skype, as far as I can tell). ANyway, both these versions seemed to be conflicting,
    and after removing the latter one, everything seems to work again....
