Update Orchestrator Service prevent idling PC from sleeping

    Windows 10 Pro, 2004

It won't go into sleeping mode after idling time set in the power plan. I have been trying to find out what happens. One time I notice this service I think it showed up in powercfg /lastwake.

I run Update and made all is up to date. Then let the PC idle. Even after an hour, it won't go into sleep screen off.

I then stopped Update Orchestrator Service. PC then went into sleeping mode after idling a few min.

I'd still want to keep the PC up to date. What can be done here?

    Thanks

    :)

  2. Update Orchestrator Wakes PC, Won't Return to Sleep

Windows 10 laptop keeps waking and will not return to sleep.

Checking the Even Viewer, the apparent cause is the Update Orchestrator Service waking it up. This is fine, except that it doesn't put the PC back to sleep. In Power Options -> Sleep -> System Unattended Sleep Timeout, the timer is set to 2 minutes, but
    clearly this isn't being honored.

A possible workaround is to set Power Options -> Sleep -> Allow Wake Timers - > Disable, but this will prevent Windows from updating in the background.

    Windows 10 Update Orchestrator Service

found similar error in the 'System' log, during the restart after installing the update, is this normal for windows 10? Does everyone faced such thing? The update seems to have settled, in the status I've see 'Success', there seem to be no other errors.

The "Update Orchestrator Service" service is turned off due to an error
The return from the operation was due to the timeout.
