Windows 10: Update Orchestrator service won`t start Error 1297

My Windows Update section in Setting doesn`t work Something went wrong. Try to reopen setting later. After some trial and looking through possible solutions online switching from using a PIN to a password when entering my account, and adding My Account that has administrator privileges in the Log-On properties of the Update Orchestrator Service, I saw that the Update Orchestrator Service won`t start. I get the following error message:"Windows could not start the Update Orchestrator Service service on Local Computer.Error 1297: A privilege that the service requires to function properly does

Windows 10 Update Orchestrator Service

found similar error in the 'System' log, during the restart after installing the update, is this normal for windows 10? Does everyone faced such thing? The update seems to have settled, in the status I've see 'Success', there seem to be no other errors.

The "Update Orchestrator Service" service is turned off due to an error

In Settings-->Windows Update the following is displayed:

Wlan AutoConfig service Errors 999/1069/1297

Hey, I'm having trouble using my desktop to connect to my WiFi.

I've narrowed it down to the WLAN AutoConfig service (won't start) I've tried changing the account it logs in as to the Admin on my PC but I get Error 1069 "The service did not start due to login failure" as well as my personal account, (which is also an
Admin) and get error 1297 "A privilege that the service requires to function properly does not exist in the service account configuration...." Following the 1297, I tried looking for secpol.msc like it suggested, and also gpedit.msc to change that so that
I could fix the error. But I don't have those because I purchased Windows 10 Home. I'm positive it's not my wireless adaptor because I tested it on several other computers connecting to the same network and had no issues. I'm honestly stuck. I tried calling
tech support also, three times. It accomplished nothing. The last time, I waited roughly 15-20 minutes before they hung up on me.
