Windows 10: Update Push issue in below 1803 i.e 1703 Version in SCCM

HiI tired to push update in the Window 10 PC Version 1703 using SCCM version 2004. But latest updates for 1703 are not showing as required in SCCM where we are having more then 200 PC with version 1703.Now the current scenerio is that the updates is possible in only the version after 1803. I tried to push through WSUS as well but coz of superseding all the updates are blocked and its not shown in the "Needed section" of WSUS result.We have disabled the dual scan as well.What may be the possible solution for this issue? Please suggest.Thanks in advance..

Unable to update Windows 10 Pro version 1709 to 1803

Have made several attempts to update Windows 10 version 1709 to the latest version 1803 and have not been successful.

I've done the following per some suggestions found online:

• Updated drivers
• Ran the Trouble Shooter for Windows 10 (Errors found were shown to be "Fixed" per the tool)
• Unplugged the printer

Although not at every attempt, I have received the following errors:

• 0xc1900101
• 0x80070643

Can someone please advise me as to what the errors are and provide me with the steps to update Windows.

Documentation for moving enterprise from 1703 to 1709 without online

Is there a documented strategy for moving from 1703 to 1709 ?

I am aware of the following options

• Upgrade via DVD/USB with 1709 media or Media Creation Tool
• Update Assistant
• Windows update as a service

Are there any offline utilities (beside MDT / SCCM) to push 1709 to devices?
