Windows 10: Update & Security-Something went wrong

I have a Samsung laptop with Windows 10 home version 21H1. When opening the Settings-Update & Security I get the following message, "Something went wrong, please try opening settings later" I have tried all the fixes that I can find including, sfc scannowdism online cleanup-image restorehealthstopping and restarting the windows update serviceresetting the settings Apprunning the updates troubleshooterDone a registry edit Updated the Orchestrator Service UsoSvcWindows Update Medic Service WaaSMedicSvcWindows Update Service wuauserv so all show 2 in Dword.I have restarted the machine s

So that's (4) down and 40 Billion more security updates to go before any Microsucks O/S will be even remotely secure. I'd suggest Bill get off his arse and get the first Billion security fixes out this year.

That made me so facepalm. Some people have absolutely no clue. I hope they don't take you for granted with all this you're doing for them.

SonicWall is a good security product, so Mindweaver's suggestion sounds like a good one and should make for a rather bigger baby step. Let's hope they take it.
