Windows 10: Update stops at 61%

Greetings,There is a message saying "Your version of Windows has reached the end of service. Learn more"I'm currently running version 1909 build 18363.1500 on an administrator account.Feature update to Windows 10, version 20h2 downloads and begins to install, but stops at 61%, then gives error 0xc1900104 according this document it's a timeout errorClicking Get Help inside of Settings is a bit useless.I ran the Windows Update Troubleshooter, and it said "made some changes to your system. Try attempting the task you were trying to do before."I followed the troubleshooting steps in this

I suggest you to try running SFC scan again and check if the scan gets stuck at 61%. If it happens, I suggest you to perform
DISM scan by following the steps below and check if the issue is resolved.

Windows corruption errors may prevent Windows updates and service packs from installing. For example, an update might not install if a system file is damaged. The
DISM scan or System Update Readiness tool may help you to fix some Windows corruption errors.

Step 1: Open an Administrator command prompt
window by

• 
  Press Windows logo + X keys on the keyboard and select
  Command Prompt (Admin) option.
  
• 
  Click on Yes and continue. Provide administrator password if prompted.
  
• 
  Check if it says Administrator: Command Prompt at the top of the command prompt window.
  

Step 2: Type the following commands in the
CMD Prompt:

DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Scanhealth


DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth


After completing DISM scan, I suggest you to perform
SFC scan on the computer and check if the issue is resolved.

Unable to download KB3176495 update, stops at 61%

Original title: KB3176495

The KB3176495 began to download and it is now stopped at 61% and not advancing. I tried closing and then going back into Settings and it still shows the same 61%.

Does anyone know what is happening and how to correct?

Please advise soonest as this is my grandson's first computer and he is very nervous that it might be broken.
