Windows 10: Update Stuck at 100%

It's been 3 days since I started updating, the process was incredibly slow, but it was installing normally. For the day1, it successfully installed the rest of update, except for the main one. Day2 the main update is downloading at really really slow pace, I waited for almost one day for it to go from 87% to100%. Then, here's the problem, after reaching 100%, it just got stuck at 100%, I tried waiting for another day, but nope nothing changed. Also tried running troubleshooting, it only shows "registry errors or something", but then it said the problem has been resolved, I waited for another f

At which step does it freeze?

I'm on a low bandwidth ISP and have been seeing my 'Downloading...' step SAY 100% but clearly there's still some serious network traffic down that continues for another 15 minutes. It helps to know it's really not stuck, and this Download 100% message is premature.

Check Performance Monitor if it is the Download step.

The issue might occur because there might be corrupted or missing Windows Update components on your PC. Did you perform the suggestion of Likhitha V on this
