Windows 10: Update the Display name of a purchased video from Microsoft Store

I recently bought a TV series off of the Microsoft store. The name of the episodes shown though are basically just a count of what episode it is. Is there a way I can update the displayed name to actually have the name of the episode rather than just a episode number?Also it was multiple seasons together is there another way to maybe separate out the seasons so they aren't all in one "season" folder?

Cannot activate Win10 Pro after Microsoft Store app purchase

Hello guys,

My laptop came pre-installed with Win10 Home 64bit and I recently purchased a Win 10/11 Pro licence from the Microsoft Store app. Unfortunately, having some issues activating the digital licence for Win10 Pro.

Here is the situation:

• Logged into Microsoft account used for the purchase (also received the email receipt of the purchase)
• Already connected to stable internet

What I tried so far:

Entering the Win10 Pro generic key:



Received error 0x800700005:





Clicking Close returned another error 0xC004F034:





Clicking Troubleshoot re-activated my Win10 Home so still not on Pro.

So I guess my suggestion of calling Microsoft and telling them you can't activate your purchased OS from their store doesn't count? *Huh

 

Unable to play online or stored videos in Windows 10

To narrow down the issue, please get back to us with the requested information below:

• What is the make and model of your computer?
• Do you get any error message?
• Is the issue particular to a browser or with all browsers?
• Which video player are you using to watch stored videos?

I suggest you to update the Display adapter driver by following the steps provided below and check if it helps.

• Press Windows key + X and select Device Manager.
• Expand Display Adapters.
• Right click on the driver and select Update Driver Software.
• Follow the on-screen prompts to update the driver.
