Windows 10: Update to Windows 10 1809 to 1903 Failing Please HELP!

Dear Responsible,

i am receiving below "setuperr.log" contained issues during updating from Win 10 1809 to 1903 via upgrade asistant and even via setup iso. i've tried every possible way like removing antivirus program, disabling CSM in bios etc. Could you please so kind and give your comment regarding to below error inputs ?

Windows 10 fails to update


When you finish testing the Avast suggestion, make sure that you restart your machine.

Then if the issue persists, please return to the trouble shooting list in post# 89

I think there are three steps that remain; the WU troubleshooter, reset WU components, and manual WU reset.

 

Windows 10, version 1903 update failure

Hmm, this is Windows 10 1809 which is the most recent release which is now being succeeded by Windows 10 1903.

I would carry out the steps from my initial reply to reset your Windows Update components.
