    Hi Team,


    My laptop has windows 10 1803 version and whenever I try to update to latest version 1903 or 1909, it fails while restarting. While restarting it installs upto 48% and then turning off abruptly. After I come to check the update history it says the below error


    Feature update to Windows 10, version 1903

    Failed to install on ‎4/‎3/‎2020 - 0xc1900101


    I tried doing recovery without deleting files which had reset the windows and freshly installed the windows 10 version. After that I checked for the updates again and I see that the latest version was detected as Windows 10. Still after installation when I was forced to restart it was turned off.


    When I checked the update history, I was able to see the same message with the other history as below.

    2019-07 Update for Windows 10 version 1803 for X64 -based SystemsKB4480730

    Succesfully installed on 4/3/2020


    Definition updates

    Here I see update for Windows Defender Antivirus succesfully installed on the same date


    Other Updates

    Here I see Windows Mallicious software removal tool x64 March 2020KB890830 installed succefully on the same date.


    I dont have any antivirus running on my machine. I am using Lenovo Z50-70bought in 2015 with available hard disc space of 231GB in C: Drive and 8GB ram.


    Dont have any known hardware issues other than Spoiled batteryworks only when plugged in


    Please suggest how to fix this issue.
