Windows 10: Update to Windows 10 version 1903 stuck at 99%

I recently bough a new laptop,and today the laptop showed me I have some update to make,when I started then first time it showed me that the state of the update is initialising for like 2 hours.


After I tried to resolve the problem with troubleshooterthis didn't helped me at alland I restarted the laptop twice,the updates started to download,every update was ready to install but "Feature update to Windows 10,version 1903 stuck at 99% for a hour.



I tried again in troubleshooter to resolve but again,nothing changed,after a while this message showed:



The translation into english of this message is:"There existed some problems upon installation of some updates,but we will try again later.If you see again this error and you want to search on web or contact someone for informations,this message might help you."


I don't have a router home,and I give data to my laptop via hotspot and tried even with an usb.

What can I do in this situation?

When you say 'update to Windows 10 stalling at 99%' are you referring to upgrade to Windows 10 is stuck or unable to update Windows to different builds?

Feature update to 1903 stuck on download 99%

Is it apparently 'stuck' at 'downloading 99%'? it's not actually stuck, it's doing a lot of work behind the scenes. Windows Update is possibly the slowest way to update to 1903.Wait patiently and it should complete I timed it from start to finish for one of my machines here:
