Windows 10: Update to windows 1607

I have a friend in Pougkeepsie, NY who has not gotten the update yet. His system is still at 1511 and he has a digital entitlement license. Over the phone I showed him how to run update through settings and it reports that system is up to date. How in the world do I tell him how to update to 1607 if system says up to date? He is not proficient enough to download and use iso file.

Problems with both

• Update for Windows 10 Version 1607 for x64-based Systems (KB4033637).

 

Every day windows update reinstall patch KB4049411 and KB4033631

Hi Gentlemen, how can i solve this? I already try the windows update troubleshooter.

Sometimes updates through Windows Update take time to arrive on some systems and says it's up to date, here, my netbook did receive a day sooner than my desktop, maybe waiting a day or so and retry

Tell him to click the "Update Now" button, then run the .exe file it downloads.

 

Where is the update now button located.
