Windows 10: Update Version 1511, 10586 Won't install

Good morning everyone! My updates show that 1511, 10586 is ready and will install after a restart. Well after it restarts it does nothing at all. Just restarts normally. It is set to auto restart so it just pops up in the middle of everything to restart and still does nothing. This is driving me crazy.... Any advice?

Edit: I tried to reset update and it acted like it redownloaded, but still no love

Update won't install and is blocking other updates

The following update is showing an error and won't install.

Upgrade to Windows 10 Home, version 1511, 10586

It has also stopped the other downloads from installing.

Can anyone help please?

 

Unable to install update Windows10 due to a Trend Micro Security program.

I tried a Clean Boot and it made no difference. The update process is still stuck at 32%. This is the update that won't install: Upgrade to Windows 10 Home, version 1511, 10586

OK I finally got it to take. I used this thread and batch file made by the awesome @Brink

Just kidding, still wouldn't take.... Oh well, I am going to try something different.

 

Same problem. I get bugged with a "rboot/updat" message specifically about this every stinking day, reboot every day, and nothing happens every day.

Im getting tired of it - MS forums no help either.
