Windows 10: update W10 from 1803 to 1809 is not possible.

During the update process i got the message: Windows could not configure one or more system components. To install Windows, restart the computer and then restart the installation.


At History of updates I saw:

Onderdelenupdate naar Windows 10, versie 1809 x64 2019-08C (2)
Laatste mislukte installatiepoging op 2-9-2019 - 0xc1900101


Can you help me to do the things to get the update 1809?

W10 1809 update freezes PC

updating a Dell laptop from W10 1803. At 100% complete on W10 1809 update, it has frozen. Ctrl-Alt-Del & Power button have no effect.

No idea on how I can reboot! Any ideas?

 

Win 10 1803 to 1809 update

Good day one and all.

My Desktop computer running Win 10 updated from version 1803 to 1809 a while back, but my laptop/notebook running Win 10 version 1803 (As of a Check for updates today 15 Nov 2018 6:30 AM) still hasn't updated to 1809.

I'm assuming the update 1803 to 1809 has now resumed after the earlier problems caused a suspension?

Updates in general on the laptop are coming through as available, for example, yesterday (14th Nov 2018) the "Cumulative Update for Windows 10 version 1803 for x64 based Systems (KB4467702)" arrived and was installed okay.

Any thoughts, suggestions?

W10 1809 to 1903 update

Lenovo ThinkCentre E73, I have updated from W10 1809 to 1903 and the PC has now gone really slow and having issues with admin rights, I have chkdsk'd and scannow'd' but no issues found. Tried an inplace update in case windows was corrupted and get the
message some hardware on this PC is incompatible with 1903 update. Can anyone shed any light in these issues please. I have had to revert to 1809 to make the PC usable again. Any suggestions please ? Microsoft have said Lenovo are responsible and Lenovo have
said Microsoft is responsible, which does not help me one bit.
