Windows 10: update windows 10

I am trying to update Windows 10 and cannot do that. I am running version 1909. I know that is no longer supported. I keep getting the error message "your computer is missing important security and quality fixes". It will not let me update, I cannot do a reset, when I try to save my emails the file does not exist. I get one person telling me I cannot run Windows 10 on my system, but it shows that it is compatible before the update. I am not tech savvy, so any help would need to be very "dummied down" Thanks in advance.

Windows 10 Tweaks

Pressing “Windows+Pause Break” (it’s up there next to scroll lock) opens the “System” Window.

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK
