Windows 10: update windows 11 pro to windows 11 pro for workstation

When I use the Windows 11 installer I do not get the option to install the workstation version which was installed and validated on my PC, I am going from a single drive to a dual drive in raid0, How do I get a workstation upgrade?

Upgrade Windows 10 Pro for Workstation to Windows 11 Pro for Workstation

I am currently using Windows 10 Pro for Workstations on my personal laptop. I have options to upgrade to Windows 11 for free, but I don't know if Windows 11 will be Windows 11 Pro for Workstations. How to confirm this? I only want to upgrade to Windows 11 Pro for Workstations. Any guidance would be appreciated.

Please correct me if I misunderstood you, but Windows 10 Pro for Workstation may be upgraded to Windows 11 Pro for Workstation for free. When you'll upgrade your system to Windows 11, you'll get not Pro but Pro for Workstation
